this is the journey of a mother and daughter who started by trying to start a small business in a small rural mountain town of North Carolina.
two years ago, the goal was much larger. but then we decided to focus on a smaller scale idea: to open a home-based bakery focusing on handmade artisan chocolates and confections…and see where that takes us…and, as of June 2011 – we plan to open up a small retail space in Mars Hill in the summer of 2011. Things are coming full circle.
